Terms and Conditions

Effective 19 July 2026 · Version 2026-07-19

These Terms form an agreement between you and LogisWave, Esdoornstraat 20, 3434 CD, The Netherlands. Mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

1. Harbor

Harbor helps individuals and businesses capture, organise, review and export receipts and related financial records. Harbor is an organisational tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for checking records and meeting legal or tax obligations.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in receipts, files and information you upload. You give us only the permission needed to host, process, back up and display that content to operate features you request. You must have the right to upload the content and must not use Harbor to infringe another person’s rights or break the law.

4. Shared and business workspaces

Workspace owners control membership and access. Information placed in a shared workspace may remain available to that workspace when a member leaves. Owners should manage access and any business retention duties before requesting account deletion.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Harbor, interfere with its security or availability, upload malicious material, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

6. Third-party services

Some optional features rely on platform, authentication, notification, extraction, email or storage providers. Their own terms may apply when you choose those features. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but this does not limit responsibilities that law places on us.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Harbor reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may improve, limit or discontinue features. If a material change adversely affects you, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable or required by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Harbor and request account deletion. A default 30-day cooling period allows a scheduled deletion to be cancelled. We may suspend or end access for material breach, security risk or legal necessity, normally after notice where appropriate.

9. Responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for unforeseeable or indirect loss. Consumers retain all mandatory remedies.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and applicable European Union law. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, these choices do not remove mandatory protections or your right to bring proceedings before a court available under the law of your country of residence. Please contact us first at privacy@logiswave.com so we can try to resolve a concern.

11. Changes to these Terms

We will publish the current version here and identify its effective date. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
